Travelling is also about discovering the flavours of a destination. At All Suites, each residence builds lasting relationships with the local producers, artisans and community organisations that make its region unique. Local honey, craft beers, seasonal fruit and homemade jams: our breakfast buffets and snack areas tell a story—one of strong local roots and a daily commitment to more responsible hospitality.
Pau : Celebrating the Flavours of Béarn and the Basque Country
At our Pau residence, breakfast showcases the authentic flavours of the Béarn region. Our artisan jams come from Maison Miot, a renowned confectioner in Pau famous for its fruit preserves. Our honey is supplied by Les Ruchers du Gave, a local beekeeper far removed from industrial production. For coffee, we have partnered with Café Joyeux, a social enterprise that promotes the employment of people with disabilities. And because reducing food waste is one of our core values, surplus breakfast items are redistributed through Too Good To Go.
Pessac : Local Flavours with a Social Purpose
Our Pessac residence proudly supports producers from the Bordeaux region. Gasconha Craft Brewery supplies locally brewed beers for our snack area, while Château Pinet La Roquette offers canned rosé wines—perfect for a refreshing summer break. The honey served at breakfast comes from L’Abeille au Bois Dormant, with whom we have also developed a nearby beehive sponsorship programme. Committed to fighting food insecurity, we donate unsold food to the Hop Hop Food charity.
Bordeaux Central Station : Local Commitment with a Social Impact
Beyond great food, our Bordeaux residence is actively involved in social responsibility initiatives. Breakfast honey is supplied by La Ruche de Tayac, and all team members have received training on the “Ask for Angela” initiative, supported by the City of Bordeaux to help prevent sexual harassment and gender-based violence.
Le Havre : Beehives on the Rooftop
Our Le Havre residence also embraces its local roots. Rooftop beehives, installed in partnership with Happyculture, produce local honey served at breakfast. We help reduce food waste through Too Good To Go and support local students with a community food basket programme.
Dunkirk : The Generosity of Northern France
At our Dunkirk residence, guests can enjoy the flavours of Northern France throughout their stay. Local crisps from Chips en N’Ord, fresh fruit supplied by Belgian producer Duva Fruit, and freshly baked bread and pastries from the local Vangilwe bakery ensure quality and freshness every day.
Arcachon : A Rich Network of Local Partners
Working alongside Papato, our Arcachon residence has developed one of the group’s most extensive local supplier networks. Fresh fruit and vegetables are sourced from Jardins de l’Atlantique in La Teste-de-Buch. Breakfast honey comes from L’Abeille au Bois Dormant through our beehive sponsorship programme.
Our drinks selection features Bordeaux teas from Grappe de Thé, organic French fruit juices and ciders from Le Coq Toqué, craft beers from Bordeaux-based brewery La Lune, and organic Fair Trade syrups and beverages from Meneau. For spirits enthusiasts, Armateurs de Rhum complements our range.
As the Bordeaux region is renowned for its exceptional vineyards, we also offer wines from independent estates such as Château Roquefort, including its organic Les Roches Blanches range. Our in-room welcome products are supplied by Café Joyeux.
Noisy and Serris : Showcasing Local Craft Beer
At our Noisy residence, the snack area features beers from Brasserie La Française, while guests staying in Serris can discover the craft beers produced by Microbrasserie Second Degré.
One Commitment, Shared Values
Beyond offering authentic local flavours, these partnerships reflect a shared belief across all our residences: choosing local and responsible sourcing supports regional businesses, reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation, and guarantees a level of freshness and quality that long supply chains cannot always provide.
It also gives greater meaning to every stay, allowing our guests to discover each destination through its producers, artisans and culinary heritage.
